It’s the Christmas Movie List Edition!

If you read this last year, yes most of the movies are the same because THE CLASSICS NEVER DIE. It is 20 odd days until Christmas and while we still have some Oscar contenders to watch (stay tuned for my Spielberg review on Thursday), it’s time to mix it in with some holiday sure things. So here are The Best Things To Watch For The Holidays

1. Kiss Kiss Bang Bang

   1. Objectively, inarguably the best Christmas movie. Watch it, buy it, love it. It’s not Christmas without RDJ.

2. Die Hard

   1. I continue to refuse to entertain this debate. Die Hard is a Christmas movie. It is the second best Christmas movie of all time. Enjoy it.

3. The Green Knight

   1. This is newish and I love it not just because Dev Patel is a hot hot hottie but also because it’s an extremely unique take on a Christmas movie.

4. Bad Santa

   1. Crime. Snark. Whiskey. Clearly belongs on the list.

5. The Nightmare Before Christmas

   1. It’s both a Christmas and a Halloween movie. Deal with it.

6. The Preacher’s Wife

   1. Denzel is an angel, Whitney is perfect, Courtney B. Vance is adorable. What’s not to love.
